1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of artistic works (paintings, drawings, photography, writing) by Joanna Husson to consumers or professionals.

 

2 - Products and services

The products offered are original artworks, prints, photographs, texts, and custom creations on request, including portraits of pets and people.



3 - Orders

Orders can be placed directly through the websites. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Joanna Husson reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.



4 - Price

Prices are in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Delivery fees are specified at checkout.



5 - Payment Methods

Payment is made online via credit card or PayPal. The order is considered valid once full payment has been received.


6 - Delivery

Timeframes:

- For already created works: processing within 48 business hours.

- For custom creations: timeframe depends on the project.


Methods:

- Postal shipping (France, Europe, worldwide)

- In-person delivery by appointment

- Responsibility: Joanna Husson is not liable for carrier delays.


7 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items. No cancellation is possible once the order is confirmed.

8 - Refunds and Claims

No refunds or exchanges will be granted, except in the case of products damaged during shipping. ​

Customers must notify the issue within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, to the following email address: contact@joannahusson.com or using the contact form on this website.


9 - Intellectual Property

All content on www.joannahusson.com and www.mybutterflyworld.com is the exclusive property of Joanna Husson.

Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.


10 - Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely to process orders. In accordance with the GDPR, the client has the right to access, modify, and delete their data by writing to: contact@joannahusson.com.


11 - Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Joanna Husson's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
